• Implementing and supporting lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or team lead role.
• Proven experience managing production teams and processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles and practices.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office Suite.
