Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their organisation based in Raunds on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining the machine is running smoothly in accordance with productivity targets
• Manually packing and wrapping the products into the correct boxes ready for shipping
• Setting the machines up to produce products in line with the company's quality programme
• Escalating quality or productivity issues to the managers
• Using a computer to keep systems updated with the products being produced daily
• Making sure you are completing specified product metrics
• Printing off labels for the boxes
• Consistently working in a safe manner & adhering to the operational procedures
• Participating in company safety checks, ensuring you continue to maintain a safe environment
• Maintaining a clean working station

• Being flexible and able to adapt to changing environments

• Valid CPCS or NPORS D90 certification (mandatory).
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery, specifically 20-ton machines.

• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Reporting to the site manager for daily instructions.
• Operating the 20-ton machine to perform tasks such as loading bins, stripping roofs, and ripping up tarmac.
• Conducting pre-operational checks on the machine to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Maintaining clear communication with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Completing an 8-hour paid shift while adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
