Candidate Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering with relevant hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated powder paint spray plants is highly desirable.
• Ideally degree-qualified; however, candidates with HNC or equivalent qualifications and strong industrial experience will be considered.
• Experience working with automated assembly management and production IT systems.
• Proven track record in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role, delivering value through effective solutions and demonstrating urgency in meeting internal stakeholder needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams at all organisational levels.
• Practical problem solver, experienced in using structured methodologies such as A3 or 8D, and comfortable making robust, data-driven decisions.
