  • Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
  • Manage equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and scheduling of maintenance.
  • Train and mentor junior engineering staff and production line operators on new processes and best practices.
  • Conduct regular process audits and performance reviews.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets for process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of new manufacturing technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, and project outcomes.
  • Work closely with R&D to ensure smooth transition of new product designs into manufacturing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement culture within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role.
  • Proven experience with process optimization techniques (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, and assembly processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
