Hours are Monday to Friday 6.30am-Finish, which can be around 5pm. (Flex will be required)
We are looking for a candidate with the below skills

Previous food Production exp before
Someone who is physically fit, and can move ingredients or pallets when necessary
Someone who has worked with Food production machinery.
Must be able to ensure good levels of housekeeping
Identify any errors on the production line

Candidates must have flexibility reference working hours, have a good level or written and verbal English, Must be a good team player

And most important we are looking for someone to learn and grow within the company.

Description

Profile

The successful Production Manager will have:

  • Proven experience as a Production/Manufacturing Manager with time-served in a similar role. Suitable candidates may currently be in Shift/Team Leader roles as well as Management positions
  • Ability to create procedures and processes in a new site environment where no such SOPs currently exist
  • A solution-orientated mindset and the ability to work autonomously
  • Hands-on approach whilst also being able to direct the wider manufacturing strategy
  • Experience in high-volume, low-medium complexity, continuous manufacturing
  • Any experience with setting up a production function in a new site build, factory relocation or process improvement would be advantageous
