The Role

This is a key leadership position within our Service Delivery Team, responsible for managing a team of engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of both reactive and planned maintenance services. The successful candidate will be expected to lead with authority, maintain discipline, and ensure that all aspects of service delivery meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Engineer Management:

Directly manage a team of engineers, ensuring they are motivated, productive, and aligned with delivery expectations.

Communicate clearly and consistently to manage workloads, priorities, and client expectations.

Service Delivery Oversight:

Oversee all aspects of reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Maintain urgency and energy across all delivery activities.

Client Communication:

Maintain constant contact with key clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.

Represent brand values in all client interactions.

Commercial Performance:

Retain and grow GP margin through efficient service delivery and cost control.

Support the Sales Team by aligning delivery with commercial goals.

Performance & Discipline:

Deliver all KPIs and enforce agreed operational disciplines.

Conduct regular reviews of team performance and service standards.

Team Leadership:

Foster a strong team spirit while maintaining clear authority as the Manager.

Be prepared to adopt a firm management style when necessary to achieve results.

Patient & Site Centric Solutions - IQVIA ( Trial Analytics Services - IQVIA
This role will identify leads and proactively drive opportunities through the RFP process across Large Pharma, Mid-Size Pharma and Emerging Biopharma customers based on assigned account list/territory.
A good technical understanding of patient and site solutions is required to conduct effective sales discussions with customers. The candidate would work both independently on business development activities, and collaboratively with broader IQVIA sales teams on full-service opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the RFP process & provide customized patient and site service capabilities to meet RFP requirement
+ Attend internal and external customer meetings to promote Patient and site solutions
+ Identify leads independently and also work closely with other IQVIA Sales teams on full-service RFPs
+ Achieve growth & revenue targets for Patient and Site Solutions/Mobile Research Nursing
+ Contribute to account planning strategy as it relates to Patient and Site Solutions / key accounts
+ Collaborate with Account Teams to target and validate opportunities for key accounts
+ Interface with customer at all levels
+ Create and present client proposals relating to patient and site solutions that result in winning bids
+ Monitor delivery, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
+ Seeks "starburst" opportunities within existing customers to grow revenue opportunities across the IQVIA suite of offerings.
+ As part of the sales process, gathers market and client intelligence and provides strategic feedback to the patient and site solutions group to strengthen product offerings and capture additional business opportunities
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science or business function (Preferred). Graduate degree or MPH not required but a plus.
+ Related industry experience in Clinical Trials (Essential)
+ Extensive experience in Patient Recruitment, Patient Retention, Site Solutions, Mobile Research Nursing (Preferred)
+ Experience in Sales (Preferred)
**Additional requirements**
+ Executing efficiently, generating leads, Communication Skills, Relationship Building Skills Ability to demonstrate good project management skills
+ Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
+ Ability to demonstrate effective communication and direction
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
