Professional Services Engineer - The Role:
As a Security Professional Services Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge security solutions to our customers. This role requires hands-on implementation, configuration, and deployment of secure network environments based on a zero-trust model.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from scoping to final handover, ensuring the highest standards of security and performance. Your work will involve documenting detailed designs, both high-level and low-level, and creating comprehensive implementation plans. This role will also involve occasional out-of-hours work during project go-lives and cutovers.

Solution Design & Implementation
- Design, configure, and deploy secure network environments with a focus on Zero Trust security models

Project Execution

- Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment and configuration tasks
- Solid understanding of network protocols and infrastructure (BGP, OSPF), including routing, switching, and load balancing
- Experience with Wireshark or other protocol analysers
- Desired Skills: Good understanding of Cloud environments: Azure, AWS, GCP
Documentation & Design

The role
This is a challenging and varied role, where you’ll work directly with customers, but also involves working closely with the Account Management, New Business and Product teams, in addition to a variety of other internal teams.
What you will do
- Deliver exceptional service to GBGs customers, providing integration support and training to several different external stakeholders across multiple products
- Consult with compliance professionals to ensure GBGs solutions fit with their requirements
- Provide development support for customers using APIs to integrate Identity Solutions
- Support Sales teams on customer calls fielding any technical queries

Requirements

Your new role
Seekly a skilled and experienced Functional Business Architect to join a global PMS/ERP Programme team.
You will be responsible for designing/ implementing comprehensive end to end business solutions which align to the business objectives.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, whilst leading a design functionof Business Analyst/ SMEs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong experience as a Business Architect in professional services or legal firms.
- Great experience with liasing between business teams/ functions - acting as the glue between the business.
- Strong expertise in the creations of business roadmap.
- You have developed/ maintained business architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure functional solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Strong collaboration across IT teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with the overall IT strategy.
- Experienced with engagement with external vendors and partners to design the business solution.
- You have led the implementation of PMS business design, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Profile
For the Bid Manager - Professional Services role , applicants should have:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Bid Management
- Experience working within a professional services environment such as legal or FS, is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in bid management tools and software.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
