**Responsibilities**
**What you will do**
This role will work closely with customers, to design, develop, and **deploy AI applications on our AI Health Data Platform** that address critical healthcare challenges across entire health systems.
You will rapidly build data pipelines, tools, analytics and data applications across the domains of Population Health, Life Sciences and Research. You will rapidly feedback requirements to our product and engineering leaders to build back into the platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in healthcare IT, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery. Join us and create the future.
+ Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
+ Design and implement healthcare technology solutions, AI-driven analytics tools and applications.
+ Build and iterate data products and applications on a cloud data platform
+ Confidently present complex topics to CTO and executive audiences
+ Able to continuously learn, work independently and autonomously across product & engineering teams, with the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision.
+ Travel up to 40%
+ Hybrid role, with 1 day a week in the London office
**Required Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent relevant experience
+ Strong engineering background, preferred in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, and Data Science.
+ Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
+ Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), healthcare interoperability standards and national health data sets
+ Familiarity with parallel health care industries such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Population Health, Payer, National Health Systems, or State based health programs
+ 10 years of experience in Engineering, Analytics and Data Science in health care

Your Role

As a Finning Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer service requests and diagnosing equipment issues.
  • Providing detailed information to customers and creating quotes efficiently.
  • Estimating arrival times and communicating effectively with site management.
  • Diagnosing equipment problems using specialized tools and collaborating with customer operators.
  • Identifying and requisitioning necessary parts for repairs.
  • Performing repairs and service work on a variety of Caterpillar engines and generators.
What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Driving License: LDV driving license is essential.
  • Experience: Significant experience as a service engineer or equivalent.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with gas and diesel engines, generators (both LV and HV).
  • Diagnostic Skills: Proficiency in using field-based diagnosis tools.
  • Assembly Experience: Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of diesel engines and components.
  • Formal Training: NVQ Level 3 preferred.
