**Overview**
The Director of Global Transformation Implementation & AI will be a core member of the ESI DOTS leadership team, responsible for leading and orchestrating transformation and AI-driven initiatives across the global payroll implementation lifecycle for multinational clients.
This role combines strategic leadership in AI transformation, program management, and implementation delivery, focusing on enhancing efficiency, innovation, and client experience within ADP's GlobalView business - supporting some of the world's largest organizations in delivering compliant, scalable, and integrated global payroll solutions.
You will lead complex change programs across diverse geographies, integrating AI opportunities into delivery models and aligning with business priorities. Your deep experience in global transformation, program oversight, and applied AI will be critical to driving impactful change and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
? Global Implementation Strategy, AI & Transformation
Lead end-to-end transformation across global payroll implementation and AI-enabled workflows.
Integrate AI strategy and use cases into the implementation lifecycle to drive automation, consistency, and client value.
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that enhance scalability, time-to-value, and onboarding quality through innovative technology adoption.
? Cross-Functional & Program Leadership
Partner with Implementation, Product, Service Delivery, PMO, Digital, and AI teams to embed best practices across programs.
Act as a thought leader and delivery partner in global AI initiatives, including piloting and scaling solutions across regions.
? AI & Change Management Enablement
Lead structured change programs to support the adoption of AI tools and digital transformation across global delivery teams.
Develop communication and enablement plans to drive engagement, training, and successful rollout of new models.
? Project & Program Management
Direct large-scale, strategic AI and implementation programs with global visibility.
Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to ensure progress, impact, and transparency across client portfolios.
? Client-Centric Innovation
Drive a client-first approach in all transformation efforts, focusing on compliance, localization, experience, and innovation.
Serve as a transformation partner to global clients, identifying pain points and introducing AI-enabled enhancements.
? Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, presenting progress updates, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Align cross-functional leaders around program goals and ensure adoption of new tools and approaches.
Critical Success Factors
Expertise in global transformation and large-scale program delivery
Strong understanding of AI use cases in enterprise services or implementation
Skilled at leading across matrixed, multinational teams
Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
Agile, innovative, and outcome-oriented mindset
**Required Qualifications & Experience:**
Education:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or related field
- Lean Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in transformation leadership and good understanding of Implementation
- Proven track record leading transformation in a multi-country, multinational environment
- Experience in the payroll, HR, or enterprise technology sector
- Strong understanding of process improvement, change management, and digital enablement
Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages an advantage
