**Your Role Accountabilities.**
+ Lead a team of editors curating and programming the organization's home and front- door digital experiences (web, mobile web, and app)
+ Exercise strong editorial judgment in real-time, particularly during high-pressure breaking news
+ Frame stories with clarity and impact, including writing or approving high-quality headlines, teases, and promotional language
+ Make sophisticated editorial decisions around content hierarchy, timing, and rotation across multiple formats (text, video, visuals)
+ Monitoring real-time analytics to guide programming decisions and adjust content placement dynamically, and Identifying patterns in audience behaviour across platforms and use insights to inform both daily and long-term programming strategy
+ Guide programming strategy across formats - including live video, text, audio, and visuals - ensuring each is optimized for its platform
+ Spot key live opportunities and coordinate with digital video producers to bring time-sensitive content to audiences
+ Represent programming priorities in editorial and cross-functional leadership meetings
+ Serve as the primary liaison between the programming team and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and editorial positioning
+ Collaborate closely with peers in News, Product, Audience Development, and Design to deliver a cohesive, audience-first experience
+ Support testing and experimentation efforts on surfaces by providing editorial input and aligning tests with audience goals
**Qualifications & Experience.**
+ Proven experience in digital journalism, audience programming, or editorial operations within a fast-paced news or media environment
+ Experience managing teams in a 24/7 publishing operation, ideally with global coordination
+ Demonstrated ability to balance real-time editorial instincts with long-term strategic thinking
+ Deep understanding of audience engagement, digital consumption behaviours, and cross-platform storytelling (text, video, audio)

**Operations Professional Development Program - the UK**
Our Operations Professional Development Program (OPDP) is an entry-level, three-year rotation program designed to offer hands-on experience while promoting personal and professional growth. As a participant from the UK, you will begin the program and first two rotations in your home country at our Witney site, then you will complete your final-year rotation abroad.
Upon completion, PDP participants graduate into their next full-time position in their home country, continuing to grow their career and contributing as an Abbott professional using the foundation of skills, experience and network developed during their time in the program.
**As a OPDP participant you will:**
+ Be a regular full-time employee of Abbott and qualify for the same competitive salary and benefits as other Abbott employees.
+ Assume full responsibility and contribute as a functional operations professional.
+ Rotate through three challenging, demanding, and diverse assignments.
+ Develop a well-rounded skill set through assignments in the established learning tracks (see below) for the program.

A series of rotations across functions will follow in Technical, Operations Planning, Quality Assurance, Project Management or Engineering.
+ No assignment is repeated; each is with a different Assignment Manager
+ OPDP participants starting the program in July 2026 will complete a three-year program with the final international (overseas) rotation ending in June 2029.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree/Master's in Engineering (Automation/Mechanical/Electrical), Automation, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related disciplines (grade 2:1 or higher)
+ Interest in pursuing a career in Operations - Production, Engineering, Plant Quality, etc.
+ Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities.
+ Has the capacity to apply skills and knowledge to address operational challenges and add value to the business.

The Creators team goal is to make Amazon the Earthu2019s most desired destination for commerce influencers, associates and their content. We are a team of innovators that tackle difficult problems, and are laser-focused on building and enhancing products and experiences that drive growth for Creators. We seek to strengthen creatorsu2019 sense of community, fandom, credibility, and provide positive feedback loops.



The Creators Business Development team collaborates with strategic customers to build new, industry-specific partnership opportunities that directly impact and transform the way our Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale. In this role, youu2019ll work directly with creators to support their successu2014helping them reach new audiences, create content that resonates with shoppers, and earn through Amazon.



Key job responsibilities

*Identify and engage with high potential affiliate ready influencers to drive their

participation in the Amazon Influencer Program.

*Develop and execute influencer partnership strategies to leverage their reach and influence in

inspiring customers during their purchase journey and promoting the creation of commerce content

as a viable business and editorial opportunity.

*Define and implement incentive plans and commission structures for influencer partners, ensuring

growth is achieved within established financial guardrails and budgetary constraints.

*Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the visibility of influencer content across Amazon

marketing channels, maximizing return on investment and inspiring customers.

* Utilize an analytical approach to prioritize opportunities, assess business impact, and regularly

report progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

*Lead projects aimed at advancing best practice sharing, process refinement, and generating

innovative ideas for influencer marketing strategies.

*Collaborate closely with Amazon internal teams to provide support for strategic Amazon businesses and growth initiatives related to influencer marketing.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience in a professional field or military

- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

- Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business

- Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units

- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
