The Engineering Excellence Project Management Analyst will support the delivery of several key projects and programs, supporting the development of project plans, ensuring delivery meets stakeholder expectations, that risks are mitigated and developing and executing on communications plans.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate program delivery activities ensuring milestones, deliverables and dependencies are on time and within scope
+ Develop, maintain and update project documentation including plans and status reports
+ Monitor project performance using KPI's highlighting risks variances and recommending corrective actions
+ Identify, assess and track risks and issues that may impact program outcomes
+ Develop and monitor mitigation strategies, escalating issues as needed
+ Support stakeholder in great engagement through mapping, coordination and relationship management
+ Prepare and deliver communication materials tailored to different audiences
+ Facilitate meetings and workshops including preparation of agendas and tracking action items
+ Ensure compliance with program governance standards reporting requirements and project management best practices
+ Identify and recommend process improvements to improve program delivery
**Qualifications:**
+ Experience supporting large scale programs or projects
+ Strong background in project coordination scheduling and tracking deliverables in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with risk and issue management practises including developing and maintaining mitigation plans
+ Demonstrated ability to prepare clear engaging communications
+ Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leaders, vendors and cross functional teams
+ Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms
+ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create and interpret dashboards and performance reports
+ Prior experience supporting governance processes and compliance with project management frameworks or standards
+ Exposure to continuous improvement practices or program evaluation
+ Ability to work independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
