They’re looking to strengthen their teams in London and Kent , with some flexibility for Bristol-based candidates for the residential role.
Current Priorities:
Project Architect or Architectural Technologist (5+ years)
- Experience in mid- to high-rise residential delivery (RIBA Stages 4-5)
- Location: London or Kent
Architectural Technologist (3-5 years)
- Open to Project Delivery/Project Running responsibilities

Project Architect (5+ years) - Education
- Ideally with DfE schools experience (CF21 framework / CEM)

As the Project Management Officer, you will work closely with the manufacturing project leaders and project organisation on a day-to-day basis, raising the understanding and acceptance of best practice project management within the teams. - Shape methods and tools in accordance with PM standards to meet project and activity needs
- Support efficient communication and stakeholder management
- Promote Agile ways of working and act as Scrum Master for project activities
