Job Description
A high level of general knowledge of Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) engineering solutions, standards and procedures that enables command of both internal peers and external Clients. Support the ICSS engineering scope of a project from concept to completion to ensure Client satisfaction and ensure safety performance criteria is achieved.
The position will be based at Honeywell Newhouse, Motherwell.

**Key responsibilities**
+ Knowledge and experience of engineering activities/disciplines that make up a ICSS project (e.g., Systems Hardware Design; System Hardware Build; Software Application Development/Build; HMI Development; System Integration; Internal Testing; Customer Acceptance Testing)
+ Act as a technical interface with the Client establishing professional relationships to ensure that the project ICSS technical requirements and solutions are fully defined and agreed
+ Ensure that the engineered ICSS solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, applicable standards and quality
+ Monitor and control assigned ICSS work scope against the project plan, to ensure effective change control and to identify risks / opportunities
+ Knowledge of Honeywell ICSS hardware/software platforms (TDC3000/TPS, Experion, C300, Control Edge, HMIWeb, Safety Manager) would be beneficial but not mandatory.

+ ICSS Architectures, Functional Design Specification, Detailed Design Specification, Application Build (C300 Coding, Control Edge Coding, SCADA, Bulk Building, Safety Manager Coding)
+ HMI (Graphics, HMIWeb SP, HMI Scripting), Communication Interface (Modbus TCP/IP, OPC), TPS Integration (ESVT, EST, ACE-T), Commissioning Support, Networks (Design, Domain Configuration, Firewall Configuration, Switch Configuration), Test Procedures, Factory Acceptance Testing
+ Site Acceptance Testing, Safety Instrumented System Architectures, Current Industry Guidelines/Standards (e.g., IEC 61508/IEC 61511), Management of Functional Safety
+ Good Communication Skills. Working Knowledge of MS Office.
+ Education Engineering HND/Engineering Degree - Preferably Electrical, Electronic, Control & Instrumentation, Software
