Team/Role Overview
The Markets Program Execution & Transformation team works with all Markets businesses, Operations and Citi functions (including Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk and Technology) to identify, mobilize and execute responses to regulatory and cross-business transformational projects. The primary mission of the team is to design and implement integrated business solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Markets and its clients.
What you’ll do
Represent Markets in Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) forums and taskforces, provide Markets input into policy and standards development.
Responsible for enforcing Citi’s Enterprise Program and Project Management policy and standards across the Markets Book of Work
Tracking and maintaining the quality of the project execution, program management performance and staffing capacity
Providing oversight to elements of the Markets Book of Work in the areas of project mobilization, planning, issues and risks tracking, stakeholders management, resourcing, and governance & reporting
Undertaking project management related knowledge management and post-implementation reviews
Developing and delivering presentations to senior management covering project / program status and plans
Leading, supervising, coaching and developing more junior Markets Program Execution & Transformation team members
What we’ll need from you
Significant industry experience & knowledge with a delivery focused track record is essential.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of successfully running multiple business change programs within a Markets trading environment (1st Line of Defense)
Demonstrate a consistent track record of delivery excellence having worked as a Program or Project Manager, managing teams on complex, agile, cross-functional front office business projects
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of the development and application of project standards, processes and training materials
Knowledge of global markets trading products and services (Fixed Income, Equity, Currencies & Commodities)
Previous experience working in a ‘Big 4’ or ‘Mid-Tier’ Consulting firm and Project Management certification (Prince 2, APM, PMI, IAPM, PPM, etc.) preferred

The Data Governance Projects team, within the Kyndryl Data Governance Office, is a vital part of the Legal department, responsible for delivering projects and transformation programs across the company to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations and to deploy strategic data governance initiatives. This team manages a broad range of projects in support of Kyndryl's global privacy regulatory obligations as they relate to Kyndryl employees, customers and suppliers.
As a Data Governance Projects Manager you will work closely with key stakeholders such as Kyndryl's Delivery organisation, the Chief Information Office (CIO), Chief Information Security Office (CISO), Procurement, Marketing, Global Practices, and Customer Engagement teams to scope, solution and deliver Projects related to privacy, cybersecurity, data governance, AI, and supply chain management.
Your role will be instrumental in enabling Kyndryl's approach to changing legal and regulatory requirements and business needs.
