ABOUT THE ROLE

Our company has an ambitious growth plan to reach a wider audience on YouTube and other social media platforms.

You will be working alongside the admin assistant and the marketing manager to set goals and coordinate the various tasks in order to stay on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Project Manager - Hounslow Job Description

Costain is the Major Programme Partner (MPP) and the Asset Renewal Partner (ARP) for Terminals 1 and 2, two of six major programmes of work that Heathrow has committed to deliver within the H7 quinquennium.

Within the MPP framework, Costain is the Principal Contractor and Principal Designer for the T2 Baggage Programme (T2BP), which is a £700m+ complex baggage and infrastructure programme.

This consists of principally two elements: extending the life of, protecting and providing alternative facilities for the existing Terminal 2 baggage operation currently run from Terminal 1; and designing, constructing, testing and bringing into use a new Terminal 2A baggage system.

You will be working as the Tranche 5 Project Manager responsible for the Apron and Basement section of the works. Your role will be to lead the design interface, manufacture, supply, install, commissioning, integration, transition, and hand over the Apron and Basement non-baggage infrastructure required to accommodate the new T2 Baggage Handling System for T2 (T2BHS). The role involves working closely with our Alliance Partners (Beumer, Fujitsu, AviBC) and all elements of the Heathrow Client team, Operations, 3rd parties, and other Tier 1 suppliers, embracing the 'one team' approach and aligning ourselves with their values and behaviours.

You will be accountable for the safe delivery of the following elements of scope, ensuring these are delivered within the KPI set by the Client, which will include establishing and delivering against an agreed schedule and budget:

  • Responsibility for the overall construction delivery of the Civils, Structural, Architectural elements and MEPh systems across Terminal 2 Basement (level A0) and Apron (level 00, 05, 10) works


This includes but limited to:

  • Creation of new structural openings within floor slabs and the building's external envelope
  • Construction of a new elevated structural steel mezzanine level (05) to facilitate the new Baggage system layout
  • Internal Architectural fit out including partion walls, doors, fire stopping
  • Internal and external service diversions and enabling works for Life Safety Systems, Comms and HV
  • Detail planning and implementation of live Apron baggage operation rerouting/phasing to enable the construction works.
  • Alterations and additions to the building's existing MEPh, BMS, security and fire safety systems, and new MEPh systems to enable the Beumer Baggage Hadling System (BHS) installation and Fujitsu communication systems.
  • Liasion and coordination with AviBC for the proving and testing of the installed works prior to handover to HAL operations.

Your skills and experience

About the role:

To support the successful delivery of temporary exhibitions and gallery displays, including taking on responsibility for individual workstreams, and management of smaller display projects, from project inception to closure and evaluation, in line with the Museum’s goals. About you:

THE ROLE

As a Contract Project Manager for Data & Integrations within Project Nova, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives aimed at transforming AllSaints into a truly data-driven and interconnected organization. You will manage complex projects related to data expansion, Business Intelligence, integration platform implementation, and Master Data Management.


This role is central to the Data & Integration workstream of Project Nova, ensuring that technical solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality, enabling greater AI-driven insight and seamless operational processes across our global business.

ABOUT THE PROJECT AND TEAM

You will report directly to the Global Head of Technology Delivery, working closely with the Project Nova leadership team, the Data Architect, Integration Architect, and various workstream leads across Customer, ERP and Product. This role requires significant collaboration with business stakeholders (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain), IT delivery teams, and external vendors/partners. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team driving the core technology transformation for AllSaints.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

1. Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budget for data and integration initiatives.
  • Lead the expansion of our current use of BigQuery, overseeing project activities from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption.
  • Drive the definition and implementation of a Business Intelligence (BI) strategy in close partnership with business owners, ensuring reporting and analytical needs are met.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of an iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) platform, coordinating technical teams and ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
  • Partner with the Data Architect on the development and execution plan for a comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) strategy.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Establish strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including senior leadership, business owners, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Provide regular, transparent project updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and key decisions.
  • Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across cross-functional teams.

3. Resource & Vendor Management:

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient allocation and utilization across projects.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring adherence to contracts and delivery expectations.

4. Quality & Governance:

  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Extensive Project Management experience (7+ years) specifically managing complex data and integration projects, preferably within a global retail or similar fast-paced industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology transformation projects.
  • Demonstrable experience with data warehousing and analytics projects, including expanding the use of platforms like BigQuery and implementing BI strategies.
  • Direct experience managing the implementation of iPaaS platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, AWS Integration Services, Google Cloud Integration).

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Interface Oversight Project Manager to join our team. You’ll help to oversee the interfaces within and across each of the delivery programmes within Sizewell C ensuring alignment throughout the project at all stages.

The Role

As the Interface Oversight Project Manager you’ll report  into the Interface Management Lead and ensure delivery interfaces within your programme are actively managed. Your role focuses on driving communication, coordination and collaboration across teams and stakeholders within the Sizewell C project.

You’ll work to enhance communication, collaboration and coordination across various different parties by providing a unified platform for engagement. You’ll lead structured interactions across your delivery programme and the wider interface network, promoting alignment and shared understanding. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving interface issues, escalating when needed, and ensuring decisions align with the ‘Best for Project’ principle.

Reporting will be a key part of your role with weekly and monthly updates delivered through designated interface management tools and systems. You will also establish and maintain communication channels between Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C, whilst supporting process improvements and the sharing of lessons learned.

You’ll provide regular updates via interface management tools maintaining communication between HPC and Sizewell C and support process improvements and lessons learned. Working with Project and Area Managers, you’ll help streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve delivery outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with the Digital PMO team to enhance tools for tracking interfaces and continuously monitor controls, highlighting risks and enabling timely corrective actions. Strong stakeholder engagement is essential, as you’ll manage diverse expectations and foster effective collaboration.

About You

You’ll have experience of working in a complex construction or infrastructure environment, with proven skills in stakeholder management, team management, influencing and communication. 

Ideally, you’ll have worked in an interface or project management role, where communication, organisation and relationship building have been key. 

You’ll be able to provide clear direction, with an emphasis on getting things done whilst engaging and motivating others. 

The Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience 
  • Knowledge and experience of working on major infrastructure projects 
  • Good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
