What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of non-infrastructure projects through all stages from design to handover, on multiple integrated schemes. These involve the installation and upgrading of treatment and distribution assets.
Your day to day will include:
Implementation and monitoring of SHE policies and procedures in accordance with the Kier integrated management system
Engage with direct and supply chain workforce on matters of Health, Safety and wellbeing, leading by example on leading indicators to promote engagement
Selection of civil, mechanical & electrical supply chain and package scope based on technical and commercial judgement
Accountability for design integration of civil and M&E package plants and associated control and automation.
Programme ownership and providing advice to the project planner
What are we looking for?

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of mid to large projects, with values ranging from £5,000 to m. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Integrated Security Market and be able to demonstrate experience in the security sector (access control, CCTV, etc.). Key Accountabilities
As a Scrum Master, you’ll be central to delivering digital transformation across different platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering digital functionality on time, within budget, and to quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Leading change across mobile projects and portfolios of mobile functionality
- Planning, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and mitigating risks
- Ensuring innovative internet products and services meet KPIs and business case objectives
- Communicating with senior stakeholders and presenting updates to Executive Committees and Steering Groups
- Engaging with third-party suppliers to define and negotiate service requirements
- Ensuring SDLC compliance and gateway approvals for quality assurance
- Managing dependencies and interfaces across projects and programmes
- Leading matrix teams including Scrum Masters, PMs, BAs, UI/UX designers, HTML developers, technical designers, and testers
- Collaborating with business change teams to ensure compliance with change and financial controls
- Managing budgets, monitoring costs, and ensuring full recovery of work orders
- Negotiating resources with business units to meet delivery objectives
Experience & Skills

- A proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-profile strategic change projects
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including business case development
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project/change management disciplines
