A new opportunity is available for a Project Manager to manage a key multi-year project based in the Lincoln area.
The role would suit those who have a strong background in building, brickwork or have had exposure to the specialist historic restoration sector, however as there are a variety of construction elements to this project, those with newbuild / refurb expsoure would also be considered.
The roles primarily responsbility will be to manage a complex project as the lead, covering all aspects of the operational day to day, as well as managing the programme and interface with the client as required.
If you would like to be considered for the opportunity, you should fit the following criteria;
- Demonstrate a proven track record operating at no1 project lead, at either Construction or Project manager level .
- Have a strong background in external building envelope construction and restoration, including brickwork, masonry, and specialist finishings would be advantageous.
- Comfortable in a role with high levels of client interface.
- Ability to manage commercial aspects of a project.
- Ability to manage and amend proghramme as the project progresses
- Hold valid site certifcation including SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Good all-round IT skills set.

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience in delivering complex, multidisciplinary commercial build projects. Requirements:
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- CSCS Card (Black or Gold level)
