You will be working with one of the regions major employers on a high profile project.
Purpose to;
Develop and update Product Development Schedule for the scope on the major joint venture project.
Collect, analyse, and present the time related project information KPIs and Earned Value Management
Support decision making process of the CoD team to reach On Time Delivery (OTD) performance
Synchronise schedules with stakeholders
Manage project scheduling documentation
Responsibilities
Apply the company's time management processes
Promote the time management practices and culture in the project team
Develop quality schedules in line with the AT DFQ process.
Participate in or ensure the validation of the baseline schedule.
Contribute to the development of the Project Time Management Plan.
Organize and lead regular project schedule review sessions.
Ensure the alignment of commitments from both internal and external stakeholders and manage schedule interfaces.
Update both internal and external schedules punctually and in accordance with the standards set out in the Time Management Plan.
Identify critical paths and potential delays.
Collaborate with the project team to identify and monitor risks and opportunities related to the on-time delivery of the project.
Prepare schedule and progress reports, including time-related KPIs, and analyse gaps between the actual progress and the baseline.
Contribute to Earned Value Management by providing physical progress in collaboration with Finance Controllers.
Offer support to teams on any schedule-related issues.
Performance measurement in contract or program execution:
Timely updates of schedule and time related KPIs

Experience:
Mandatory:
Project management or technical roles in safety critical industries supporting new product introduction projects
Ideally Engineering or Business Management related Degree qualified
Project scheduling experience Desirable:
Knowledge of different scheduling tools
Competencies & Skills:
Ability to challenge teams and proactively propose solutions.
Working knowledge and skills in project scheduling theory and methods.
Proficiency in Primavera P6.
Working skills in MS office tools.
Basic knowledge of time-related contractual obligations and penalties.

About the role:
To lead the coordination and implementation of both interventive and preventive conservation activities in support of the Documentation and Digitisation Project. This role requires the post holder to have significant work experience in the care and conservation of Inorganic objects, with a focus on the conservation of cuneiform and metals. This is a crucial role involving working closely with Curatorial and Collection Management teams and with various cross-departmental stakeholders. This role delivers appropriate conservation treatments to enable handling for record photography. Additionally, the role involves planning, cross-museum collaboration, and proactive engagement with outreach activities of the Conservation team as required.
Key areas of responsibility:
- To conserve and prepare objects made of inorganic materials for record photography.
- Monitor, deliver, and develop object treatment targets and project milestones.
- To lead in the coordination and delivery of both interventive and preventive conservation activities relating to the Documentation and Digitisation Project.
- To act as lead conservation liaison and member of the core project team for all relevant workstreams relating to the Documentation and Digitisation Project.
- Contributing to the delivery of Documentation and Digitisation Project phases and providing preservation expertise, ensuring effective delivery to time and budget.
- Other duties as assigned.
About you:
The relevant post holder should have a relevent degree in inorganic conservation, be able to demonstrate practical interventive conservations skills, experience working in the heritage sector, be able to work independently as well as in a team, and have the ability to demonstrate collective team work and communication skills.
