Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 p/a
The role requires a progressive, adaptable individual who is looking to grow their technical, project management and personal skills. It involves working in a very varied environment on a daily basis with technologies, customer base and projects that are constantly evolving.
**What is a currency template?**
This is software that implements strict banknote handling requirements in an Automated Teller Machine's cash deposit module. Each country will have their own unique requirements for identification of currencies (both local and FOREX), identifying different types of banknote damage, counterfeit notes and in some cases a central bank certification must be passed. This is a vital part of NCR's ability to sell banknote deposit and recycling hardware around the world in a timely and technically competent manner.
**Job requirements:**
+ Project Planning and Management - guide and coordinate projects, including confirming requirements, resource, schedule, hardware, and performance as well as working with internal/external developers to ensure the successful delivery of the bespoke software to each country
+ Technical Guidance & Support - be capable of understanding the hardware and software applicable for note handling. Capable of analysing errors and logs to identify root cause of issues
+ High level of communication skills - be able to adapt technical information for the relevant audience. Being the principle cornerstone at centre of all communications between all relevant teams.
+ Project co-ordination - Managing multiple projects of varying complexity and stage of investigation at any given time with the principle focus on meeting customer requirements
+ Working in an environment may require weekend and/or extended hours, as needed, to accommodate customer needs
**Essential Skills**
This role requires skills in the following areas:
+ Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical information to others where English is not their first language
+ Ability to review & understand technical data, such as log analysis and perform technical testing as required

Job Overview


The role will manage regional project operations for the client's physical security team. This includes delivery of the full project management lifecycle as well as reporting and operations assistance as requested. • Act as the liaison and point of contact for both internal and cross-functional projects

We are currently looking to appoint a new Integration Project Specialist based out of our Salford offices on a hybrid basis with some travel required.

Marlowe Fire & Security’s Integration Project Specialist’s

Project manage the process of integration of new and existing business into the Target Operating Model. You will be the link between Service Delivery, Integration & IT. Supporting the Integration Manager in producing key documentation. Design & deliver Integration Project Manager plans keeping to schedules at all times.

  • Rollout and provide training on the group internal systems to group businesses where required
  • Rollout and upgrade of all group systems where required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the alignment of systems and processes throughout the Group
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for improvement based on analysis 
  • Be a visible leader of the Service Delivery, Integration & IT team
  • Design and deliver Integration Project Management plans.
  • Always providing competent support and expert advice to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Work with any external third party to help accelerate our drive to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Be the leader of the Target Operating Model Service Delivery, Integration & IT to ensure we are aligned to our strategy.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in the business
  • Monitor and review project performance, alerting the Project Manager/Programme Manager to any potential areas of concern
  • Manage the quality of project documentation, ensuring all project products are produced to the high standards expected by the programme
  • Appropriate planning time with the Systems & Integration Manager to review all activities. Including preparation of dedicated meetings for areas.
  • Work closely with all each business leader to ensure all reports are on time with all key information & data in place
  • Engage senior business & change delivery stakeholders early in the project set up to ensure project is set up correctly and project teams operating effectively   
  • Working across the businesses post-acquisition to support business development and retention
  • To communicate acquisition and integration information both externally to customers and internally to all businesses to best support the smooth integration of a business.

Job Description

  • Lead Export Project Execution: Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of complex export projects, aligning with customer expectations and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate weekly meetings, drive alignment across departments, and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Project Planning & Risk Management: Develop project plans and trackers, monitor risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main liaison for internal teams, customers, and international partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support & Documentation: Assist with tender documentation, ensure regulatory and commercial compliance, and provide admin support to the Business Unit Manager – International Healthcare.


Senior Export Project Specialist

Experience

  • Strong experience within project coordination/management experience in a Manufacturing environment or export, international sales, or technical product environments, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of export logistics and documentation, including tender submissions, quotations, and compliance paperwork.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and confidence in managing multiple concurrent tasks across global time zones and cultures.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
