We’re looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to join their Central London team.
What makes this role stand out? A large portion of the management fees are ring-fenced to the asset management side, giving you genuine involvement in lease renewals, rent reviews, break negotiations, and value-add projects. You’ll work directly with fund managers and senior stakeholders on high-profile institutional portfolios.
The Portfolio
- Primarily offices and industrial estates
- Small amount of retail, with potential involvement in a shopping centre
- Assets held by a significant pension fund
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office, industrial, and retail assets to the highest standard
- Deliver lease renewals, rent reviews, and break clause negotiations
- Attend client meetings with fund managers, providing performance updates and strategic input
- Oversee facilities and on-site teams, ensuring compliance and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with ESG, Technology, Customer Experience, and Procurement teams to add value
