Location: St Andrews
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per annum

The Role
Our client is seeking a Property Administration Coordinator to support their busy property management team. This is a key administrative role that ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations. It's ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a confident communicator.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with property regulations
- Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Assist with inspections, reports, and property documentation
- Coordinate and support monthly property inspections, ensuring all findings are recorded and followed up appropriately
- Manage correspondence and respond to queries professionally and promptly
- Support financial processes including invoicing and budget tracking
- Contribute to team projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Alongside maintaining know-how and training, you will help drive innovation and improve how the firm delivers its real estate transactional work.
The role will involve:
