Location: St Andrews

The Role

Our client is seeking a Property Administration Coordinator to support their busy property management team. This is a key administrative role that ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations. It's ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a confident communicator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with property regulations
  • Communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Assist with inspections, reports, and property documentation
  • Coordinate and support monthly property inspections, ensuring all findings are recorded and followed up appropriately
  • Manage correspondence and respond to queries professionally and promptly
