Our client, a prominent real estate investment firm, is seeking a skilled Senior Property Investment Analyst to bolster their Belfast-based team. This role is predominantly office-based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK , with occasional opportunities for hybrid working arrangements. You will play a crucial role in evaluating potential property investments, conducting thorough market research, and providing data-driven recommendations to support strategic acquisition decisions. Your expertise will be vital in identifying lucrative opportunities and mitigating investment risks within the dynamic property market.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis of potential real estate investments, including cash flow projections, valuation, and risk assessment.
  • Performing detailed market research on property trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity within key geographical areas.
  • Preparing investment proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models for property valuation and portfolio performance analysis.
  • Identifying new investment opportunities and sourcing potential deals through various channels.
  • Assisting in the due diligence process for property acquisitions, including site visits and property inspections.
  • Monitoring the performance of existing investments and recommending asset management strategies.

Proven experience in real estate financial modelling and valuation techniques is essential. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent report writing and presentation abilities are vital. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is a must. A deep understanding of the UK property market, particularly in Northern Ireland, is highly desirable.
