As a Property Sales Manager / Property Sales Consultant , you will be engaging with prospective buyers, managing sales transactions from initial enquiry to completion, and playing a key part in growing the company’s presence in the high-end property market.

You will be responsible for:

About the Role
Steepleton is a collection of 68 independent, later living apartments. The one and two-bedroom homes are spread across six buildings connected by garden walkways.

We are looking for an experienced Property Sales Advisor to focus on sales and rentals for this stunning property, becoming the face of our brand and facilitating sales & rentals across the development.

You will become an expert on every aspect of the development and build relationships with our prospective owners, giving them a truly first-class experience. Your role will be to take new residents on the customer journey from first contact through reservation, exchange, and onto occupation at Steepleton Court.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to achieve sales & rentals through confident demonstration of our development, lifestyle and benefits of amenities during viewings
  • Network with local groups, clubs and societies to forge links offering to invite members to events
  • Maintain Salesforce to an excellent standard with fully qualified information, providing weekly reservation and pipeline reports
  • Be thorough in working through our extensive database of customers interested in our Steepleton development
  • Cross-sell alternative developments that may suit a customer’s requirements more closely
  • Follow due diligence processes when taking a reservation to ensure affordability and then work closely with the Sales Progressor to achieve agreed completion dates
  • Monitor development Rightmove & company website listings to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well

About you

We are looking for an experienced property sales advisor who has worked within new home sales and/or rentals, you will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills, as well as the ability to close sales.

At Lifestory we use G Suite and Salesforce, so a strong understanding of these would be an advantage, alternatively the ability to learn new technology quickly is required.

Candidates will have great communication, negotiation and influencing skills, whilst being able to multi-task in a busy role with deadlines. Working to targets will be required along with great people skills and a positive attitude.
