- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with a significant portion focused on large infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects remotely and leading distributed teams.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
