Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Técnico/a de Marketing Digital, una persona creativa, resolutiva y con visión estratégica, que trabaje de la mano con el equipo comercial para impulsar la visibilidad de la marca y contribuir directamente al crecimiento de las ventas. Buscamos a alguien con iniciativa, que no solo gestione redes sociales, sino que entienda el impacto del marketing en el negocio y lo convierta en acciones concretas. Tu mayor objetivo es junto con la dirección de la empresa, desarrollar y gestionar la estrategia de comunicación y marketing del grupo de empresas, desde la comunicación digital, creación de contendidos, diseño y gestión de campañas publicitarias.
RESPONSABILIDADES y trabajo diario :
· Gestión de redes sociales
o Creación, planificación y ejecución de estrategias en RRSS.
o Generación y programación de contenido atractivo y alineado con la marca.
o Interacción con la comunidad y gestión de reputación online.
o Análisis de métricas y optimización de estrategias.
· Marketing digital y campañas on line
o Control y gestión de campañas de publicidad digital (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
o Diseño y ejecución de campañas de marketing digital: Planificar, implementar y optimizar estrategias orientadas a atraer nuevos clientes y fidelizar a los actuales.
o Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de CRM en línea con los objetivos comerciales y de marketing
o Optimización SEO/SEM (opcional)
o Análisis de rendimiento y propuesta de mejoras en campañas.
· Comunicación y branding corporativo
o Creación de contenido alineado con la estrategia de comunicación corporativa.
o Colaboración estrecha con el departamento comercial: Coordinar acciones conjuntas para apoyar las ventas, detectar oportunidades y generar leads cualificados.
o Redacción de textos para web, blog, newsletters y otros medios.
o Desarrollo de estrategias de comunicación B2B y B2C.
· Diseño y creación de contenidos multimedia
o Diseño de materiales publicitarios en Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, firefly etc).
o Edición de vídeos y grabación de contenido audiovisual (Final Cut, Premier, After Effects, Davinci Resolve o Capcut)
o Fotografía básica para redes y medios corporativos (opcional)
· Gestión de plataformas digitales
Diseño y ejecución de campañas de marketing digital: Planificar, implementar y optimizar estrategias orientadas a atraer nuevos clientes y fidelizar a los actuales.
Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de CRM en línea con los objetivos comerciales y de marketing.
Ejecutar el calendario de envíos de campañas en coordinación con las distintas áreas implicadas (email marketing y push notifications).
Diseñar y optimizar flows automatizados orientados a la conversión y recurrencia en el canal B2C.
Gestión activa de redes sociales: Crear y programar contenido relevante, dinámico y alineado con los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.
Colaboración estrecha con el departamento comercial: Coordinar acciones conjuntas para apoyar las ventas, detectar oportunidades y generar leads cualificados.
Creación de contenido multiplataforma: Redactar textos para blogs, newsletters, campañas de email marketing, landings, anuncios y más.
Análisis y seguimiento: Medir el rendimiento de las acciones ejecutadas y proponer mejoras continuas.
Medir y analizar los KPIs el funnel de cliente para la propuesta de acciones de mejora (adquisición, conversión, fidelización, etc.).
Elaborar informes de rendimiento de CRM: campañas, captación, recurrencia de compra, etc.
RequisitosExcelentes habilidades de redacción y comunicación.
Capacidad de trabajo autónomo, con fuerte sentido de la organización y gestión del tiempo.
Orientado a resultados y con atención al detalle.
• Perfil creativo, proactivo y con capacidad de evolucionar y trabajar en equipo.
• Experiencia en comunicación digital y corporativa (B2B/B2C).
• Gesti ón y desarrollo estrat é gico de marketing digital .
• Conocimientos básicos en SEO y campañ as SEM/ADS .
• Capacidad para analizar métricas y optimizar estrategias digitales.
• Habilidad de nivel medio en diseño gráfico (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign ).
• Conocimientos básicos en gesti ó n de CMS ( WordPress ) .

Valorable experiencia previa trabajando con equipos comerciales o en entornos B2B.s los objetivos de la empresa.
