Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-informed content strategy across all digital channels.
  • Define content pillars, themes, and editorial calendars aligned with business goals and audience needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and SEO specialists.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for various platforms (web, social media, video, etc.).
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop robust analytics frameworks to measure content performance and audience engagement.
  • Analyze content data to identify trends, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all content outputs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and analytics.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful content strategies for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
