The Role
You’ll be working directly with a flagship client, shaping and delivering AI-enabled solutions that make a tangible impact on their business. This is a hands-on consulting role that blends strategy, architecture, and engineering with a strong focus on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify where AI can deliver real value
- Shape and deliver AI-enabled solutions — from discovery through to deployment
- Translate business problems into AI and data-driven approaches, balancing innovation with practicality
- Contribute to solution architecture and support engineering delivery where needed
- Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technology and business outcomes
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of our AI & Data capability
About You
We’re looking for someone who can bring a mix of consulting and technical skills, with the ability to operate comfortably between the business and technical worlds.
- Strong consulting experience, ideally in data, AI, or digital transformation
- Knowledge of AI/ML approaches and how they can be applied to real business problems
- Exposure to solution architecture and/or data engineering principles
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and simplify complex topics
- Comfortable working in client-facing environments with a mix of strategic and delivery responsibilities
- Based in or able to travel regularly to Cumbria
