We are seeking a QA Technician to join our Product Integrity department. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance within our manufacturing environment. The QA Technician will conduct quality assurance checks, audits, and verification activities to uphold industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct routine foreign body audits to ensure product safety and integrity, documenting actions and highlighting findings to operational and engineering teams.
- Perform real-time traceability checks to ensure full compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Lead detailed investigations into customer complaints to ascertain root causes and deliver corrective actions.
- Manage calibration of scales, volumetric drops, probes, and externally calibrated metal weights to maintain measurement accuracy.
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc product quality evaluations, ensuring adherence to specifications.

- Knowledge of BRC Global Standard for Food Safety and relevant audit processes.

- Strong proficiency in data recording, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach to quality checks.

**SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS MANAGEMENT :**
**ORGANIC, FAIRTRADE, RAINFOREST ALLIANCE AND RSPO**
+ **Program coordination for existing certifications maintenance:**
Planning supervision
Communication of changes to Certification Bodies (people, process, products, sites in scope)
Information and training on Standards for new comers
Information and training on Standards changes when upgrades are published
Users set up and training on Standard specific tools (traceability, artwork approval)
Coordination of Internal audits planning for each certification scheme
