We’re working with a leading engineering business who are looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join their quality team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a company supplying into highly regulated industries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out inspections across electrical, electronic, optical and mechanical parts, from goods-in to final assembly
  • li>Using a range of inspection tools such as verniers, micrometers and gauges to ensure components meet tight tolerances
  • Correctly quarantining and recording any defective or rejected products
  • Maintaining accurate inspection records and assisting with defect investigations and reports
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and making recommendations for process enhancements
  • Calibrating and maintaining inspection equipment as required
  • Working to strict confidentiality standards in line with industry requirements

What we’re looking for:

    < i>Previous experience in a machine shop/manufacturing environment working to tight tolerances
