Location: Hampshire (Hybrid Working Available)
Rate: £300 per day

They are currently looking for a hard-working Quality Assurance professional with the ability to work independently and alongside the Quality Manager. Ensuring consistency in attitude, attention to detail, effective communication and a commitment to continuous improvement that meet their high quality standards.

They now have 3 years consecutive years of AA grade compliance! Including AA grading with non-conformances under Issue 7!

Responsibilities:

• Development, implementation and maintenance of QA procedures in line with the requirements of the aforementioned Standards
• Internal Audits
• Glass and GMP Inspections
• Supporting in customer & 3rd-party audits
• Dealing with any customer information requests
• Supplier/service provider management

The candidate needs to cover most of the below in Experience:

• Experience in the food or packaging industries
• BRCGS Packaging Materials Standard
• ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
• HACCP Level 3
• Food Safety/Hygiene Level 2
• SEDEX and other ESG-related areas, such as EcoVadis & SBTi
• Relevant industry standards, regulations & best practice
• Root Cause Analysis (5-why's)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Internal Auditing

• Working closely with the Nights Production Manager to ensure the production of safe, legal food.
• Complete audits and key performance indicators and monitor the consistency of outputs across the team for compliance purposes
• Train the team to ensure that new process and procedures are adopted
• Building production team capability to improve communication and understanding of technical standards
• Investigating customer complaints or any non-conformance raised internal or externally to provide data which informs resolution
• Organise organoleptic panel to ensure consistent quality

• Managing the nights QA team, ensuring tasks are completed in line with schedules and trackers.
• Monitoring of micro results and initiating any investigations as required.

• Flexibility required to support hygiene audits
• Ideally educated to Higher National Diploma level and/or experience within a similar role in food manufacturing
• Experience of managing a team and leading people
• Holds a Level 2/3 food safety certification
• Basic knowledge of weight legislation and allergen awareness/ practical management of allergens
• Experienced working with computer systems
• Understanding of internal audit process and technical key performance indicators
• Has CCP training including Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) principles for Manufacturing Unit
• Experience and knowledge of good manufacturing practice (GMP)
• Demonstratable non-conformance reporting techniques
• Microbiological awareness - understanding of basic of food safety

Responsibilities :

• Deliver independent software assurance during the design, development, test, and release phases
• Develop and maintain Software Quality Assurance Plans aligned with project and contractual requirements
• Estimate and manage quality assurance resources for multiple projects
• Evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for their ability to meet required software quality standards
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
• Participate in software lifecycle reviews, including design reviews, code inspections, and release approvals
• Perform software conformity reviews and configuration audits
• Verify and approve the release of deliverable software products

Experience required:

Job Summary
Our client are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for quality systems, process improvement, and customer satisfaction in a busy and technically advanced setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
* Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)
* Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and documentation
* Operate and calibrate measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs)

Qualifications & Experience
