Key Responsibilities Quality Auditor:
- Complete monthly KPI reports, summarising issues and trends li>Daily monitoring of product quality
- Assisting with the TACCP/VACCP systems
- Managing the internal audit schedule, chasing up outstanding audits, logging non-conformances and chasing completion of actions raised
- Active HACCP team member, and able to complete tasks on the site’s HACCP system < i>Completing internal audits
- Monitoring of internal non-conformances ensuring that they are completed with effective corrective actions
- Assist training of staff in procedures
- Checking artwork against approved specifications
- Log and communicate concession requests
- Trend concessions and report trends to Technical management/site KPI report monthly
- Trend non-conformances and report trends to Technical management/site KPI report monthly
- Challenge traceability from raw material receipt to dispatch of finished product, including completing mass balance exercises and managing the traceability schedule
- Complete pre-launch document checks and handover products to production
- Attend trials and report back any concerns to Technical team
- Investigate customer complaints and work collaboratively with production to identify root cause
- Investigate foreign body finds
- Manage calibration of equipment
- Complete ad hoc tasks issued by Technical Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of quality improvement, problem-solving, and analysis techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal and external engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with all company areas and external bodies.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and statistical analysis, including data collection and management.

What you'll be doing:
In the role of Quality Auditor, you will be required to verify that raw material preparation, manufacturing production and product storage/distribution is compliant with food safety, legal and customers' quality standards.
