Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing), or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and automotive components.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus.

Role scope:
- In-process testing of all components within the QC Department
- Completion of incoming goods testing
- Qualification of all biological reagents e.g. antibodies, antigens and stock conjugates
- Final integral and control release testing for liaison
- Compilation and release of integrals, including assignment of cut off factor & programming of RF tags for assembly
- Evaluation and analysis of QC results including completion of trend reviews
- Completion of stability testing according to pre-approved plans
- Post market surveillance activities
- Support Investigations for both Internal issues and External complaints
- Compilation of in-process testing reports to send back to manufacturing

- Comply will all Company procedures governing the role
- Liaise with various Business Stakeholders to ensure an uninterrupted supply of QC panels and other auxiliary components

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our clients team on a temp to perm basis . You'll be inspecting electrical, electronic, optical and mechanical parts, keeping accurate records, and helping resolve any defects.

- Inspect incoming parts, sub-assemblies and finished products
- Record and report defects, quarantine faulty items
- Use measuring tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges) to check tolerances
