This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and sanitation operations across various client sites. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance programs, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in cleaning protocols. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and protocols for cleaning and sanitation services.

Role scope:

  • In-process testing of all components within the QC Department
  • Completion of incoming goods testing
  • Qualification of all biological reagents e.g. antibodies, antigens and stock conjugates
  • Final integral and control release testing for liaison
  • Compilation and release of integrals, including assignment of cut off factor & programming of RF tags for assembly

  • Support Investigations for both Internal issues and External complaints

  • Comply will all Company procedures governing the role
  • Liaise with various Business Stakeholders to ensure an uninterrupted supply of QC panels and other auxiliary components
  • Participate and contribute to the Operational Excellence activities at the site aiming for continuous improvement
  • Approach the role in a flexible manner, and be prepared to adapt to requirements outside of the immediate role that are essential to the organisation. When required and instructed by the QC manager.

We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector to join our clients team on a temp to perm basis . You'll be inspecting electrical, electronic, optical and mechanical parts, keeping accurate records, and helping resolve any defects.

What you'll do:

  • Inspect incoming parts, sub-assemblies and finished products
  • Record and report defects, quarantine faulty items
  • Use measuring tools (verniers, micrometres, gauges) to check tolerances
  • Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment
  • Support continuous improvement and quality standards

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in an engineering/machine shop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and able to read engineering drawings
  • Confident with inspection tools; CMM experience is a plus
  • Good knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment
  • Reliable, motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

You will be working a 9 day fortnight so will have alternative Fridays off and the hours are 8.00am - 4.45pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 4.30pm Fridays.

This is initially a temporary role, however for the right person there could be the opportunity to become permanent.
