As a Quality Assurance and Standards Lead you will be responsible for checking the quality of education within our schools and ensuring they meet all the Independent School Standards consistently. This role is a champion in order to achieve our promise to provide the highest standards of education, which will support Witherslack Group schools to secure the best possible outcomes and life opportunities for pupils.

In this role you will undertake reviews of all WG schools and provide detailed reports and next steps for further development. Your previous skills will allow you to carefully consider schools performance and assess how well they can demonstrate their provision. Knowledge of Independent School Standards will enable you to complete deep dives of subjects or other remits in order to provide feedback to senior leaders and next steps.

• Teaching & learning (qualified teacher with 5 years teaching experience).

• Good understanding of quality assurance and quality reviews including Independent School Standards.

• Independent schools sector experience in more than one school

• 2 years' successful and substantial management experience

• Prepared to apply to undertake inspection training and school inspections if not already registered to do so.

• Produce clear written records and reports expressing your conclusions clearly and precisely in writing

• Experience of working with children and young people SEMH, ASC, communication difficulties

I am looking for 5 x Quality Controllers to join my clients team based in Sandy, Bedfordshire. This role is a temporary position but may lead to a full time role for the right person.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who has previous experience in a Quality Control position and has the ability to work as part of a team. You will be responsible for the quality checks of all flowers in a chilled environment. We have shifts Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday . Full training will be given. Immediate starts are available.

You will need to have your own transport due to location as no public transport is available to this location.

The role of the Quality Control is to ensure that our product is always acceptable and meets the correct, Specification as well as promoting the benefits of high standards of Product Quality. Shift pattern 4 days x 12 hours week 1, 4 nights x 12 hours week 2. 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am.

Requirements

  • Experience in a retail/food manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in quality assurance/quality control/ food safety/ environmental standards/ organics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Working experience within a similar role and/or a food environment.
  • Awareness of the importance of food safety
