THE QUALITY SYSTEMS COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's quality management system, including documentation workflows, content updates, and the controlled release and removal of policies and procedures.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Your role involves supporting and driving compliance, conducting audits, analysing quality data and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead 8D investigations for non-conformances, customer complaints and drive effective corrective actions
- Perform and support first-off inspections, prepare ISIR/PPAP documentation
- You will ensure product and process conformity is in line with customer requirements for sample submissions and new product introductions
- You will support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Monitor and report on key quality performance metrics (KPIs)
- You will plan and conduct internal audits
- You will support third-party certification audits as required
- You will maintain accurate document control and quality records
- As a result, you will deliver quality-related training to employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives
- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities
- You will have a Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in a quality/engineering role within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS and related quality standards
- Experience in auditing and quality systems management
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Clear and confident communicator with strong teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
