A client of ours in the Brentwood area are recruiting a Quality Systems Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm & Fridays 8.00am - 12.00pm and paying 26,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Reporting into the Quality Manager, your key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Support and assist in the review of FAIRs (Federal Aviation Interactive Reporting System) in accordance with AS9102
- Collate and review documentation in readiness for external visits
- Support and assist the calibration process
- Manage the CAPA system process to chase investigation of Root Cause failure mode and corrective and preventative actions for Non-Conformities and Customer Feedback raised within a timely manner
- Assist in the control of BMS documentation including review, up issue and communication of BMS documentation
- Support and maintain the documentation training matrix and Approved Supplier List
- Compile analysis reports for repetitive customer feedback logged, non-conformities, etc.
- Support and assist Departments in the creation of process flows / swim charts
- Assist and Provide cover within Inspection

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Quality Systems Coordinator position:
- Aerospace industry experience or and working knowledge of aerospace regulations in relation to quality management processes preferred

- Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Outlook, MS Word, MS Office and SharePoint
- Numeracy and literacy skills

Quality Systems Auditor required by hugely successful and growing engineering company, based in Gloucestershire. The successful Quality Systems Auditor will be responsible for ensuring that the Integrated Management System (IMS) is compliant with company and industry standards and for driving continuous improvement.
Main Duties - Quality Systems Auditor
- Leading and supporting audits, identifying non-conformances, and guiding operational teams on compliance best practices.
- Reporting and following up on audits.
- Verifying that IMS processes match actual working practices.
- Documenting audit findings and tracking corrective actions.
- Recommending process improvements.
- Supporting CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following- Quality Systems Auditor
- Certified Internal Auditor (ISO9001/AS9100).
- Working knowledge of standards like AQAP, AS9102, ISO 14001, 27001, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and able to travel extensively to meet the needs of the business.
