Make the invisible visible.
Join a team developing advanced RF systems used to detect rogue signals, counter drones, and secure the airwaves. When our technology goes live in the field, it’s because you proved it works flawlessly.
We’re looking for an RF Test Engineer who thrives on precision and problem-solving — equally at home with a spectrum analyser on the bench or boots on in the field. You’ll be the link between design and deployment, validating high-performance RF hardware that underpins critical national security operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the validation and performance testing of complex RF hardware and systems.
- Design and execute test plans that push systems to the limit — from lab measurements to field trials.
- Use spectrum analysers, VNAs, and diagnostic software to pinpoint and solve performance issues.
- Automate testing using Python, C, or C++ to streamline production and reliability checks.
- Collaborate with embedded, hardware, and software engineers to hunt down elusive bugs.
- Deliver crisp, actionable test reports that directly shape product improvements.
- Occasionally hit the road for field validation in live RF environments — real data, real impact.
What you’ll bring
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics, RF, or Systems Engineering.
- Hands-on experience testing RF hardware, receivers, or embedded systems.
- Familiarity with automated testing or scripting (Python preferred).
- Clear communication and documentation under pressure.
