What You'll Do:
- Lead & Mentor : Manage and inspire RF design engineers, allocate resources, set priorities, and support team growth.
- Innovate & Design : Contribute to RF and baseband circuitry design, ensuring integration with key subsystems and meeting performance standards.
- Collaborate & Solve : Work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams, conduct design reviews, and support project timelines and technical goals.
Your Skills:
- Degree in Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
- Extensive experience in RF design and development
- In-depth knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing.
- Demonstrable leadership experience – undertaking people management and mentoring teams
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Thermal, MTBF and component derating analysis and reporting in line with company/customer requirements.
- Checking of design documentation.
- To proactively participate in design reviews and to initiate design reviews to mitigate risk when appropriate.
- To maintain an up to date, comprehensive design compliance matrix, referencing robust evidence of compliance data for assigned designs.

- Lead the design and development of high-performance RF circuits and systems, including LNAs, PAs, mixers, filters, and antennas.
- Perform detailed electromagnetic simulations and analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., ANSYS HFSS, CST Microwave Studio).
- Develop and implement innovative RF architectures for advanced wireless applications.
- Conduct thorough RF testing, characterization, and validation of prototypes and production units.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance issues in both simulation and hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and system engineers, to ensure integrated system performance.
- Define and document RF design specifications, test procedures, and performance metrics.
- Mentor junior RF engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in RFIC design, antenna technology, and wireless communication standards.
- Contribute to the strategic roadmap for future RF product development.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in RF and Microwave Engineering.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in RF circuit and system design.
- Demonstrated expertise in the design of components for frequencies ranging from sub-6 GHz to mmWave.
