- Act as SAP HR and ServiceNow ‘Super User’ for our People systems.
- Provide technical expertise and analytical support in the administration, implementation and execution of all information, business processes and system requirements related to the People Function
- Ensure Incident and change requirements, including expected outcomes, are clearly documented
- Use an agile methodology to manage the deployment of changes /update releases, including testing pre and post releases · Respond to system user queries, and train People, Managers and employees on system use
- Act as the key interface between the People Systems team and Digital, engaging regularly on requirements and plans for delivery
- Contribute to the development of a prioritised plan (based on business value and impact) for People service improvement across the People processes, policies, systems and contact channels
