The Role

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking to add an additional Legal Counsel to the team in London. The role will advise on the full suite of corporate real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the various joint ventures the firm undertakes. In addition the role will advise on other SPVs, accounts, funds and work with the top tier global law firms as external counsel.


Candidate Requirements

  • You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE, ideally with corporate / corporate real estate experience in a highly regarded law firm.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures and co-investment vehicles is highly advantageous.
  • Experience of working with funds and various SPVs would be beneficial.
