An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Investment Analyst / Senior Investment Analyst to join a rapidly expanding real estate investment and development group with a diverse portfolio spanning Offices, Hotels & PBSA. The Opportunity
You will work as part of a dynamic investment team, gaining hands-on experience across acquisitions, financing, development, and asset management. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile transactions and play a key part in driving the growth of a leading UK real estate platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake in-depth financial analysis and modelling to support new acquisitions, redevelopment opportunities, and large-scale capital projects.
- Support the preparation of investment papers, presentations, and IC materials.
- Assist in the financing process throughout the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, development, and investment loans.
- Provide analytical support to asset management through cashflow updates, refinancing, and disposals.
- Work closely with acquisition, development, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct market research and monitor sector trends (occupancy, rents, demographics).
- Take ownership of improving modelling processes and driving continuous improvement.
About You
- 3+ years’ Real Estate experience within Office, Hotel or PBSA sectors.
- Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Knowledge of debt financing beneficial but not essential.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to deliver under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communicator, confident in presenting information clearly and concisely.
- A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take initiative.

Salary level circa £160,000 - £200,000 + Comp package and Carry
European focused investment firm are experiencing a period of growth and keen to engage and meet with Real Estate investment professionals in London. Actively looking to attract someone at a Investment Partner level who can add direction, value, and hands on experience to the already impressive team.
The firm is in a strong position, with capital to deploy, and look at deals across areas such as PBSA, Hotels, Offices, Retail and Industrial.
The role will allow someone full autonomy to direct capital where they see fit, with limited red tape and easy lines of communication from the Board. Full support in terms of a successful team of analysts and modellers, along with an established marketing and IR team too.
The role will suit someone who has a strong CV and background, having worked for recognised players currently, above average academic record, be highly professional and able to work with limited input from others. You will be able to demonstrate good deal flow and have knowledge and experience of European real estate. Ideally having worked on both equity and credit deals too.
On offer will be a competitive base salary, and a well thought out package to attract and retain the right person.
