A European Bank is seeking a dynamic new addition to its Real Estate team.

Your duties will include:

• Structuring and executing large commercial real estate financing transactions, including investment and development facilities across different sectors like offices, retail, logistics, and residential (BTR, PBSA)
• Supporting Directors in expanding the portfolio by attracting new business from existing and potential corporate clients
• Participating in client meetings and aiding in the preparation of Term Sheets and Credit applications
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of Real Estate risk, utilising Rating models, cash flow forecasts, pricing tools, and more
• Assisting in customer on-boarding and the facility closing process, as well as reviewing various reports related to insurance, valuation, environmental factors, and measurement surveys

Your experience must include:

• 1 - 3 years relevant Credit experience working on a Real Estate portfolio within Banking

We are currently looking to talk to those involved within the commercial real estate lending / loan space, to discuss a role within a real estate debt fund based in Central London.

We would like to speak with people who have managed a portfolio of CRE loans, either as a secondee/servicer for a lender or directly working for a lender, as that is the skillset we need.

The role will involve managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans from drawdown through to redemption.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral UK and European commercial real estate investment and development loans.
• Creating financial models, diarising conditions subsequent, construction milestones and any other significant events, including the provision of borrower reporting, in-line with the relevant finance documents.
• Liaising with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.
• Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
• Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
• Liaising with project monitors, borrowers and lenders with regard to drawdowns and calculating lender splits, if required.
• Instructing valuations.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' loan servicing experience in finance, real estate or a related field.
• Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced level ability of Excel.

Real Estate Account Handler

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic and operational management of a diverse national property portfolio.
• Lead on property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews.
• Manage capital investment programmes, refurbishments, and maintenance planning across retail and residential properties.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant property legislation, health and safety, and sustainability requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead a small in-house team and manage third-party consultants and contractors.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in estates or property management at a senior level, preferably in a retail-led environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property law, leases, planning, and asset management.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and project management skills.
• RICS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Would suit a chartered surveyor but not essential.

Assistant Client Accountant REAL ESTATE . OUR CLIENT are a growing housing / property management company who have been building and creating communities for over 30 years. They are looking for an Assistant Client Accountant to join their finance team and play a key role in keeping their client accounts running smoothly.

THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ASSISTANT CLIENT ACCOUNTANT:

• Carrying out daily bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding queries.
• Maintaining accurate reconciliation statements and updating resolved items.
• Uploading tenant receipts into the property management system.
• Managing the main inox and allocating receipts efficiently
• Liaising with property managers, local authorities, and payment providers.

THE PERSON REQUIREMENTS OF THE ASSISTANT CLIENT ACCOUNTANT:

• At least 9 months experience in accounts receivable and bank reconciliations ideally gained from another property management firm.
• Strong MS Office and experience of using a property system.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
