You should have relevant experience acting for sophisticated developers and larger corporate enterprises (funds/investors/operators).
You will need to show competence in dealing with landlord and tenant as well as pre-lets, acquisitions for development (including advising on constraints and being commercially aware of practical issues and how to resolve them) and advising institutional funds and lenders (including preparing COTs).
You will also need to show competency in ESG and its application across the life cycle of an asset.
You should have some experience in supervising juniors and acting for top flight clients.
This is an excellent opportunity in a law firm where you get to work at the highest level, but only have a billable hours target of 1300 hours.
