Activities Supervisor

to lead our dedicated team of Activity Assistants at

Maurice House . Join us in creating a stimulating and varied programme of leisure activities and social events for our residents.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Design and create personalised and inclusive activities and experiences for our residents, giving them the support they need to regain and maintain daily living skillsnSupport the team so they can deliver person-centred services and social activity plansnSchedule rotas, lead and support the team with the delivery of varied programmes while recording assessment, monitoring and evaluation datanMentor and act as a role model to team members and volunteers. Assisting with the induction and ongoing development of the team.nYou will have a Level 3 Supporting Activity Provision in Social Care and Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisory Award or equivalent (or willing to work towards). An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

The Royal British Legion operates six care homes across the UK, dedicated to providing exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care to veterans and their families.
