We are looking for fun and enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join the team. You will be working with our youngest visitors, ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable time, whist ensuring a safe and caring environment. You will need to be upbeat and keen to be involved in assisting with the activities, engaging in learning and confidence building.
Assisting in children’s activities, delivering birthday parties, hall activities and assisting our front of house team. You will ideally have experience in a similar role, however, this isn’t essential as long as you have the right positive approach.

Requirements
- Experience of working in a self motivated and proactive manner

- To assist in co-ordinating the children, ensuring their safety and discipline during the activities.

In this role you will hold an important managerial position supporting Duty Managers and helping to run the facility. Complementing the Operational Team, your role will include front-line building management, ensuring the effective delivery of the daily activity programme and supervising and working alongside the Recreation Assistant team. You will also be carrying out a wide variety of duties which include equipment set-ups, function rigs and de-rigs and actively engaging with our customers, contractors, colleagues and hirers to provide a first-class experience.
