We are looking for Recreation Assistants to join our friendly and professional team. You will be responsible for supervising and assisting the Leisure Centre customers using our facilities. We are looking for someone to be a proactive member of the team, and able to deliver excellent customer service at all times. You'll be responsible for regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate. You will be hard working and have a conscientious attitude. Excellent communication and social skills are necessary as you'll often be the first point of contact for customers. Freedom Leisure is looking for a Senior Recreation Assistant to join our friendly and professional team at Pool In The Park. In this role you will hold an important managerial position supporting Duty Managers and helping to run the facility. You will be assisting in providing a safe, enjoyable environment for our customers and clients and helping to ensure their return visits. Complementing the Operational Team, your role will include front-line building management, ensuring the effective delivery of the daily activity programme and supervising and working alongside the Recreation Assistant team. You will also be carrying out a wide variety of duties which include equipment set-ups, function rigs and de-rigs and actively engaging with our customers, contractors, colleagues and hirers to provide a first-class experience.
