You will work on a hybrid basis from their offices and as part of a wider Talent Acquisition function of 8!
What the role will include:
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and taking job descriptions
- Post adverts, sift through applications and shortlist for high volumes of vacancies
- Telephone screening candidates
- Management and coordination of interviews with both candidate and Line Managers
- Taking candidate feedback and updating key stakeholders
