Delighted to be partnering with Mission Foods who are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support business growth and maintain their high standards of excellence. You will also work closely with the HR team and relevant departments to facilitate the onboarding process, including ensuring new hires complete their induction programs and assist in the facilitation of future training.
This role will have responsibility for both the Seaham and Coventry sites and can be based from either with some requirement to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role and region (Midlands and Northeast). This includes reviewing and refining job descriptions to ensure clarity and relevance, as well as conducting market benchmarking to align role expectations and compensation with current industry standards.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process via the HRIS system Success Factors, ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to offer acceptance to first day.
- Source candidates through various channels, utilising innovative recruitment methods and tools, including profiling and success factors.
- Development of company Employer Value Proposition (EVP), socials and networking presence ensuring the Mission Foods story is accurately told.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role ensuring calibration with hiring managers to identify the right cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Facilitate onboarding, ensuring new hires complete induction programs and feel supported as they transition into their new roles.
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of future training to support ongoing employee development.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings with new starters to ensure a smooth transition into their team and the wider business, supporting early engagement and integration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive set and best practices with an eye on continuous improvement at all times.
- Support HR with annual pay benchmarking activities and job evaluation to ensure competitive compensation.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Proven experience of managing the full recruitment cycle, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure, while consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to time-to-time hire, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
