Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Facilitate onboarding, ensuring new hires complete induction programs and feel supported as they transition into their new roles. Assist in the planning and facilitation of future training to support ongoing employee development. Conduct regular check-in meetings with new starters to ensure a smooth transition into their team and the wider business, supporting early engagement and integration. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive set and best practices with an eye on continuous improvement at all times. Support HR with annual pay benchmarking activities and job evaluation to ensure competitive compensation. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Proven experience of managing the full recruitment cycle, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
