-To roster and deploy Officers according to customer needs in line with company policy and best use of resources.

Our Perfect Worker
It is crucial to have great communication and customer service skills. A lot of admin is digital and paperless, so you'll need to be tech-savvy enough to use our digital devices.

-Must hold a valid front line SIA Licence.
-Must hold a full UK/EU driver's licence with no more then 6 penalty points.
-Must be flexible with working times and areas, dependent upon business needs.
-Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills with good organisation and leadership qualities.
-Must have an excellent personal presentation.
-Must be computer literate with Google suite and be willing to undertake training and use of bespoke programmes including Javelin.
-Must have experience working in a leadership role, preferably within the Security Industry.

The successful applicant will be issued a company tablet and mobile phone for work purposes. They will also receive an enhanced holiday allowance. (24 days plus bank holidays), Death in Service insurance and an enhanced employer pension contribution. The candidate will be expected to work an average of 45 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday and it will include some weekend working. Flexibility is also required due to business needs.
