Role Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled AI Developer to join our team and support our members in navigating the technical aspects of their AI arbitrage journey. In this role, you’ll handle technical inquiries, manage member accounts, create automations, and design landing pages, with a primary focus on Go High Level. You’ll play a key role in delivering the seamless experience that helps our members thrive in the AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve technical support inquiries from members via email and community platforms (e.g., Heartbeat), ensuring resolution within 24 hours.
• Provide expert support for Go High Level, including setup, troubleshooting, and optimization, as well as other platforms like Zapier and our proprietary AI Toolkit.
• Offer internal technical support to our team, including Customer Success Coordinators and Personal Growth Partners, with a focus on Go High Level workflows.
• Manage new member account setups in the member portal and Go High Level, ensuring smooth onboarding for all programs (Incubator, Accelerator, Launchpad).
• Develop and maintain automations in Go High Level to streamline member workflows, such as lead generation and client delivery processes.
• Design and update landing pages and websites within Go High Level for members, aligning with their niche and offer to help them attract clients.
• Provide training and support to members on using Go High Level, the AI Toolkit, and other technical platforms to maximize their success.

Results (Expected Outcomes):

• Swift resolution of technical issues, ensuring members experience minimal disruption in their journey to their first $5,000 deal.
• Accurate and timely setup of member accounts in Go High Level and the member portal, enabling a seamless onboarding experience.
• Timely delivery of landing pages and automations in Go High Level, with regular updates to members on project progress.
• Efficient automations in Go High Level that enhance member workflows, such as lead gen systems or client delivery setups.
• High-quality, niche-specific landing pages and websites built in Go High Level that help members attract and convert clients.
• Increased member confidence and proficiency with Go High Level and our AI tools, leading to higher satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

• Proven technical skills and at least 2 year's experience in a technical support role, ideally in a SaaS or online education environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Go High Level, including automations, landing page design, and CRM management.
• Familiarity with additional tools like Zapier and Heartbeat for community and automation support.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear, actionable guidance to members and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines (e.g., 24-hour resolution goal).
• Passion for AI and helping entrepreneurs succeed in a fast-growing industry.

For 30 years we’ve been independently developing and publishing incredible video games at our multiple studios founded by Jason & Chris Kingsley, but Rebellion is more than just games. We have our own film studio, we create board games, publish books, and through 2000AD, publish comics and graphic novels such as the amazing Judge Dredd.

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled back-end Senior Online Developer to join our tech team, to help build and support internal and external web APIs to support our game engine team.

The successful candidate will join a small team and user their specialist JavaScript knowledge to be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. You will be working on building internal tools as well as public facing APIs.

This is primarily a back-end role and we are looking for a talented senior or lead who has experience building performant and distributed backend APIs, and efficiently utilising 3rd party services. They will be comfortable communicating with other teams to fix bugs and resolve issues. This is an excellent opportunity to build exciting business-critical systems from the ground up.

This exciting opportunity can be based out of any of our studios in Oxford, Warwick, or Runcorn, offering flexibility, collaboration, and the chance to work with a world-class team! Responsibilities :

• Design, build and deploy web applications to support our in-house engine team.
• Maintain and improve existing tools.
• Develop integrations with third party APIs.
• Support our application deployments.
• Communicating with other teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with NodeJS, Javascript and TypeScript.
• A knowledge of front end frameworks like Vue and React.
• Strong experience with databases such as MySQL and no SQL database.
• Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud environments.

• Strong experience with software development tools and version control systems (Git/Perforce desirable).
• Demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new technologies.
• Comfortable modifying/maintaining applications written in other languages (such as PHP) is desirable.
• Experience writing serverless functions (AWS Lambda/Azure Functions) is a bonus.
