One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer I in Spain or the United Kingdom .

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, high-performance systems in a collaborative and agile environment. You will work on both backend and frontend technologies, shaping the future of digital products that help companies connect with their customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves distributed systems, cloud solutions, and thrives on solving complex technical challenges while mentoring peers and contributing to long-term architecture. You’ll work with modern technologies, clean code practices, and a dynamic international team.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical features
  • Champion architectural best practices and lead technical discussions and decisions
  • Mentor team members and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis and refactoring
  • Proactively address technical debt and anticipate scalability challenges
  • Document and communicate technical solutions clearly across teams

Requirements

  • Strong experience in TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, Kafka, gRPC, and MongoDB
  • Solid background in distributed systems, microservices, and serverless architectures
  • Familiarity with domain-driven design and reactive systems
  • Proven ability to build scalable and reliable cloud-based applications
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
  • Comfortable discussing, testing, and benchmarking technical solutions
  • Fluent in English and committed to clean code and continuous learning
