Accountabilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize financial dashboards using BI tools to track KPIs and key financial metrics.
- Perform detailed financial reporting, variance analysis, and trend identification to support strategic decision-making.
- Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, to provide a unified financial view.
- Automate repetitive financial tasks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory documentation as required.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver actionable insights.
- Participate in end-to-end BI projects, including design, analysis, and implementation of financial models.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for deriving actionable insights.
- Experience with Python or R is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and descriptive analytics.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial data quickly and accurately.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Bonus points: knowledge of ERP finance applications (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) and prior accounting or financial reporting experience.
