  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and commercial aspects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex technical information and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
