What is the role of a Cassette Repair Technician?
To repair the full range of cassettes found in our ATM estate.
What will I be doing as a Cassette Repair Technician?
- Repair and refurbish ATM cassettes across all estates (NCR, Wincor).
- Ensure all cassette repairs meet exacting standards and comply with stringent quality control measures.
- Use ATMs, diagnostic equipment, and test programs to identify faults and assist with troubleshooting.
- Ship parts to field engineers as required.
- Update and maintain the tracking system accurately.
- Perform repair and maintenance on test ATMs.
- Harvest usable parts from decommissioned equipment.
- Assist in managing and maintaining cassette operation stock and storage areas.
- Load and unload parts deliveries safely and efficiently.

- Continuously contribute to the improvement and refinement of repair processes to enhance part longevity.

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced service technician to join the in-house Service Department. Working in a close team, this role comprises of product repairs, communicating with customers and helping our world-wide service network serve our global customer base, all while looking for opportunities to improve product reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
