The successful candidate will be the site point of contact responsible for all technical service delivery on behalf of my client. They will be responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work (planned, corrective and reactive) and associated control processes. Role Summary:

Be the Maintenance Excellence Champion for the site, driving continuous improvement in technical service delivery
In conjunction with the Site Leader, manage allocated budgets in line with service lines, against the contract model.
Provide solutions and associated quotations for small project works
Identify potential business opportunities for increased scope and additional services.
Carry out maintenance and repair activities when required (likely to be in the event of an emergency, or for holiday/sickness cover)
Manage the technical service delivery on site
Experience Required:

The purpose of the Technical Supervisor (TS) is to be responsible for the technical delivery of the contract across a defined cluster of BT sites, ensuring that technical compliance is achieved at all times. Safety is the primary consideration for all operations and must underpin all activities.

- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
