What you’ll do
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a modern, combined Product & Market Research function.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of researchers focused on customer insight and impact.
- Deliver actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative research that shape product and marketing decisions.
- Partner with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to embed the customer voice into strategy and execution.
- Overhaul and elevate a legacy team through hiring, mentorship, and organisational change.
- Establish scalable frameworks, processes, and tools to maximise research effectiveness and influence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with evidence-based insight.
