**What is the role?**



The RMS Implementation Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring successful client engagements by combining deep product expertise with buy-side industry knowledge. Unlike a generalist project manager, the Implementation Specialist is a hands-on product expert, guiding clients in how to best leverage RMSu2019s AI-powered document search, collaboration, publishing, and ESG management features. The role is based in London and covers new clients across EMEA, with some international travel required for on-site support.

Demonstrated ability to configure and implement enterprise platforms with technical integrations
Excellent client-facing skills: communication, training, and relationship management
