This is a great opportunity for a Residential Surveyor to join a bespoke and growing surveyor where you will get full autonomy on the role all whilst having the opportunity for further progression through training and financially through regular salary reviews.

This bespoke surveying company operates across the Midlands where they offer a variety of surveying services to a range of clients within the Residential and Commercial sectors. Offering services from level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and level 3 Building Surveys, Help to Buy Valuation surveys and drone services to help cater to any client needs. With their being an increase in workload within the Nottingham area there is now a great opportunity for a new member to join the team.
This role will be remote based with travel across the Nottingham area for the completion of both Homebuyer level 2 and Building level 3 surveys, as well as Help to Buy valuation surveys. Once surveys are completed you will be able to create detailed reports from home. Support will be on level 3 surveys and valuation will be given from day one if needed.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working on Homebuyer & Building surveys in the past, be happy to work in a small business with a close-knit team but also be happy to work autonomously once the initial training period is completed. You will be a good communicator that enjoys maintaining relationships with clients, whilst building relationships with new clients.
